Description

Manage and enhance the ServiceNow ITAM modular platform through technical implementation and automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping functionality.
• Configure ServiceNow ITAM, including automated asset data population and integrations with SCCM and JAMF.
• Design and implement HAM processes and asset lifecycle workflows.
• Configure end-to-end SAM Pro processes, including reconciliation, reclamation rules, reports, and workspaces.
• Document all development, configurations, and technical details while preparing training materials.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of professional experience.
• 3-5+ years in Systems Integration, Implementation, SDLC, and Project Management.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Ability to script automated processes.
• Experience configuring SAM Pro processes and activities.
• Knowledge of HAM process design and asset lifecycle implementation.
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification (Discovery + various tracks).
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SCCM and JAMF integrations.
