Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet specific business requirements. You will customize and configure platform features including workflows, forms, UI policies, and business rules. You will develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST APIs or SOAP web services. You will troubleshoot and resolve platform issues to ensure stability. You will provide technical support and guidance to end-users. You will apply ServiceNow best practices to all platform implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs.
• Configure workflows, forms, UI policies, and business rules.
• Build and maintain integrations via REST APIs and SOAP web services.
• Troubleshoot platform issues to ensure system stability.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
• Strong ServiceNow engineering background or combination of ServiceNow and .NET/C# experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with .NET and C# development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer.
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.
