Description

You will administer, configure, and develop ServiceNow applications across Dev, Test, and Production environments while ensuring platform stability and data integrity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the ServiceNow platform using Agile processes.
• Own ITAM and CMDB data integrity, ensuring completeness and correctness.
• Lead platform patching, upgrades, and application deployments for compliance.
• Debug data integration and Discovery jobs to support infrastructure mapping.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, reports, and web pages while automating manual validation tasks.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or Engineer.
• 7+ years with IT Service Management, Operations Management, and Change Management.
• 5+ years with ITAM and CMDB, with a specific focus on Data Management.
• 5+ years with ServiceNow implementation, including custom applications and integrations.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure environments including Mainframe, RHEL, and Windows.
• Experience with network operating systems and programming or scripting languages.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications (Discovery, CMDB, Asset Management, Service Mapping, Event Management, or Cloud Provisioning and Governance).
• ITIL Certification.
