Description

You will lead complex ServiceNow implementations and platform architecture.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and custom application solutions using industry best practices.
• Develop and deploy intricate integration solutions between ServiceNow and enterprise-level tool sets.
• Implement and manage ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration use cases.
• Lead projects as the architect, delivering across various ServiceNow domains.
• Create scripted REST/SOAP APIs and manage custom application architecture.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and architecture.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, REST, and SOAP integration patterns.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow platform functionality, including Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Hands-on scripting experience: Business Rules, Script Includes, Workflows, UI Actions, and Client Scripts.
• Experience with Service Portal, widget creation, and UI Builder.
• Knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory/SSO implementation and Auth 2.0.
