Description

Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions across enterprise-level toolsets. Lead the implementation of ITSM, ITOM, and integration solutions using industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom applications and ServiceNow scripts, including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Client Scripts.
• Design and manage integrations using REST/SOAP, scripted APIs, and Integration Hub.
• Architect domain-separated instances and manage MID Server installations and configurations.
• Execute ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration use cases.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in the IT industry.
• 5+ years of direct ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Hands-on development with Business Rules, Script Includes, Fix scripts, Workflows, UI Actions, UI Policy, and Client scripts.
• Proficiency in Service Portal development and widget creation.
• Expertise in REST and SOAP based integrations, including scripted REST/SOAP API creation.
• Experience with Authentication via OAuth 2.0, certificates, and MID Server management.
• Practical knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, and SSO implementation.
• Experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CSM, HRSD, GRC, or ITBM modules.
• Performance Analytics and HTML/Jelly script coding.
