Description

Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions across enterprise-level toolsets, leading ITSM, ITOM, and integration initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom applications and scripts, including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Client Scripts.
• Design and manage integrations using REST/SOAP, scripted APIs, and Integration Hub.
• Architect domain-separated instances and manage MID Server installations and configurations.
• Execute ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration use cases.
• Lead implementation of ITSM and ITOM solutions using industry best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT industry experience with 5+ years in direct ServiceNow implementation.
• Hands-on development with Workflows, UI Policy, Fix scripts, and Service Portal widget creation.
• Expertise in REST and SOAP based integrations, including scripted API creation and OAuth 2.0 authentication.
• Practical knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, and SSO implementation.
• Experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CSM, HRSD, GRC, or ITBM modules.
• Performance Analytics and HTML/Jelly script coding.
