Description

You will design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives and ITIL best practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture framework for ServiceNow implementations.
• Lead architecture and design engagements across ITSM, ITOM, IRM, HRSD, and custom applications.
• Develop high-level architecture documents, Visio diagrams, and integration strategies with third-party systems.
• Architect and implement solutions using ServiceNow modules such as Discovery, Event Management, CMDB, Service Portal, and Orchestration.
• Host Design Authority meetings to review and approve technical solutions and enforce architectural governance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in enterprise architecture roles, with 3+ years focused on ServiceNow.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and limitations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management.
• Proven experience designing and deploying ServiceNow solutions in large-scale environments.
• Background in cloud-centric architecture (Azure, AWS) and integration frameworks (APIs, Mulesoft).
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ITIL Foundation Certification.

Preferred Skills

• Togaf certification or framework experience.
