Description

You will define and maintain the enterprise architecture framework for ServiceNow implementations, leading design engagements and enforcing governance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design for ITSM, ITOM, IRM, HRSD, and custom applications.
• Develop high-level architecture documents, Visio diagrams, and third-party integration strategies.
• Implement solutions using ServiceNow modules including Discovery, Event Management, CMDB, Service Portal, and Orchestration.
• Host Design Authority meetings to review technical solutions and enforce architectural governance.
• Manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in enterprise architecture roles.
• At least 3 years focused specifically on ServiceNow.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and limitations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management.
• Experience designing and deploying ServiceNow solutions in large-scale environments.
• Proficiency with cloud-centric architecture (Azure, AWS).
• Experience with integration frameworks (APIs, MuleSoft).
• Ability to manage complex projects and lead teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, IRM, or HRSD modules.
• Background in enterprise service management.
