Description

You will define and maintain the enterprise architecture framework for ServiceNow implementations, leading design engagements across ITSM, ITOM, IRM, HRSD, and custom applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design for ServiceNow modules including Discovery, Event Management, CMDB, Service Portal, and Orchestration.
• Develop high-level architecture documents, Visio diagrams, and integration strategies with third-party systems.
• Host Design Authority meetings to review and approve technical solutions and establish coding standards.
• Design and deploy ServiceNow solutions in large-scale, cloud-centric environments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in enterprise architecture roles, with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and limitations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management.
• Experience with integration frameworks, specifically APIs and MuleSoft.
• Background in cloud-centric architecture using Azure or AWS.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale ServiceNow deployments in enterprise environments.
• Proven track record of establishing technical standards and governance.
