Description

You will own the enterprise architecture strategy and design for ServiceNow implementations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture framework across ITSM, ITOM, IRM, HRSD, and custom applications.
• Design and implement solutions using ServiceNow modules like Discovery, Event Management, CMDB, Service Portal, and Orchestration.
• Develop high-level architecture documents and integration strategies for third-party systems.
• Host Design Authority meetings to approve technical solutions and enforce architectural governance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in enterprise architecture roles, with 3+ years focused on ServiceNow.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and limitations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management.
• Proven experience designing solutions in large-scale environments.
• Experience with cloud-centric architecture (Azure, AWS) and APIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
