Description

Manage enterprise risk management processes and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute risk management workflows including risk registers, assessments, and mitigation plans.
• Implement and manage controls and reporting within the GRC, IRM, and ERM modules.
• Apply governance, risk, and compliance frameworks to technical workflows.
• Maintain and optimize risk management principles and best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• 3–7 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• 1–2 years of direct experience in ServiceNow GRC, IRM, or ERM modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or a related field.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance.
• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification.
• Deep understanding of risk management principles and controls.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• Experience with JavaScript, APIs, and ServiceNow integrations.
• Experience with vendor risk and third-party risk modules or working in regulated industries.
