Description

You will build, customize, and automate IT service management processes on the ServiceNow platform. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure ServiceNow forms, workflows, and business rules to meet business needs.
• Design and develop user-friendly Service Portals to improve the end-user experience.
• Develop custom applications on the ServiceNow platform for specific IT service management requirements.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems, databases, and applications using web services and REST APIs.
• Optimize application performance while maintaining strict data security and access controls.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript for platform customization and automation.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and web services for system integration.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules and core applications.
• Experience managing data imports and integrations.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical and business challenges.
• Any Graduate degree.
