Description

You will administer and extend the ServiceNow platform, managing modules and ensuring system stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
• Develop custom workflows, applications, and system integrations using Flow Designer and ServiceNow Studio.
• Build and manage system integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Optimize processes and automate tasks aligned with ITIL best practices.
• Manage platform security, compliance, and system upgrades.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration and development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.
• Experience building integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.
• Any Graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex system integrations and API management.
• Knowledge of CMDB optimization and asset management.
