You will architect and implement ServiceNow Field Service Management solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) solutions against enterprise standards.
Define the FSM data model, integration patterns, scheduling logic, and mobility architecture using ServiceNow best practices.
Provide technical leadership to developers to ensure FSM implementations are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow FSM and external systems (ERP, CRM, GIS, IoT, asset management) using REST/SOAP and Integration Hub.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in relevant architecture roles.
Expertise in ServiceNow platform design and implementation.
Proficiency with FSM modules.
Experience integrating systems using REST and SOAP protocols.
