Description

You will architect and implement ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) solutions, defining data models, integration patterns, and scheduling logic against enterprise standards.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow FSM solutions.
• Define FSM data models, integration patterns, and mobility architecture.
• Design and oversee integrations with external systems (ERP, CRM, GIS, IoT) using REST/SOAP and Integration Hub.
• Provide technical leadership to developers to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable implementations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in architecture roles.
• Expertise in ServiceNow platform design and implementation.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow FSM modules.
• Experience integrating systems using REST and SOAP protocols.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of GIS integration patterns.
• Experience working with Product Owners.
