Description

Lead the implementation and configuration of the ServiceNow FSM module, building out functionalities to support field service operations. You will design mobile workflows for technicians and ensure data structures enable compliance and effective reporting. Your work will involve migrating legacy systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a scalable solution.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure the ServiceNow FSM module, including preventative maintenance and calibration automated tasks.
• Design and implement mobile workflows tailored for field technicians and maintenance staff.
• Ensure workflows and data structures support compliance requirements and generate effective reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a scalable FSM solution and provide necessary training and documentation.
• Migrate legacy systems to ServiceNow while maintaining data integrity and process efficiency.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience with ServiceNow, specifically the FSM module.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes.
• Experience designing and implementing mobile workflows for field service operations.
• Proven track record of migrating legacy systems to ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks relevant to field service.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated ability to build out complex FSM functionalities beyond standard configuration.
• Experience providing training and technical documentation for end-users.
