Description

You will build and configure field service solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage ServiceNow FSM modules including Work Orders, Dispatcher, Mobile App, and Inventory.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
• Optimize operational workflows through custom ServiceNow configurations.
• Ensure technical solutions align with field service requirements.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM).
• Experience managing Work Orders, Dispatcher, Mobile App, and Inventory modules.
• Proficiency with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Experience configuring and using MID Servers.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ServiceNow FSMS Implementation Specialist certification.
