Description

You will architect and lead ServiceNow FSM and CSM implementations in a greenfield environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect greenfield implementations of ServiceNow FSM and CSM modules.
• Manage migrations from legacy ServiceNow instances while maintaining data integrity.
• Design integrations via IntegrationHub with Salesforce CRM, SAP, and Oracle systems.
• Define and enforce platform governance, development standards, and documentation practices.
• Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect specializing in CSM and FSM.
• Proven track record of migrating legacy ServiceNow implementations to modern designs.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, configuration, scripting, and platform capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub and Flow Designer.
• Technical proficiency with Salesforce CRM, SAP, and Oracle integrations.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data models, workflows, UI policies, and business rules.
• Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate with global teams across time zones.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CIS (CSM/FSM), and CAD.
• Experience with Agile, SAFe, or ITIL/ITSM practices.
• Experience with multi-language and multi-region ServiceNow rollouts.
