Description

You will lead the functional implementation of ServiceNow Field Service Management solutions to optimize field service operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive requirements workshops for Work Order Management, Dispatcher Workspace, Dynamic Scheduling, and Planned Maintenance.
• Document configuration requirements and user stories within the ServiceNow Agile Development module.
• Collaborate with developers and QA consultants to ensure implementation aligns with the Statement of Work.
• Perform functional testing on non-production instances and guide stakeholders through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide training to customer SMEs on FSMS module features and manage defect documentation during UAT.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in functional consulting or business analysis.
• Direct project experience implementing ServiceNow FSMS features including Inventory Management, Field Agent Mobile App, skills, and parts management.
• Hands-on experience with Dispatcher Workspace and Dynamic Scheduling.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Certified Implementation Specialist – FSM.
• Strong understanding of Employee Center or Employee Center Pro.
• Knowledge of HRSD industry use cases such as utilities, telecom, or healthcare.
• Proven ability to document technical requirements and manage scope deviation requests.
