Description

You will develop, maintain, and enhance custom and off-the-shelf applications on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Convert business requirements into functional requirements and technical design documents.
• Build and configure ServiceNow features using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, and Script Includes.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external IT systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Execute full SDLC phases including scoping, implementation, deployment, and production hyper care.
• Perform system and integration testing using sample and live data to ensure scalable, stable solutions.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in ServiceNow System Administration.
• Expertise in at least two ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, or SecOps.
• Strong web development skills in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and XML.
• Proficiency with JavaScript/GLIDE and UI Scripts.
• Experience configuring ServiceNow ITSM service catalogs and script-based assignment/approval rules.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues through all SDLC phases.
• Demonstrated experience in project documentation, including scoping and design documents.
• ServiceNow and ITIL certifications.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 1 year of tenure in similar roles.
