Description

You will design, build, test, and maintain scalable custom and off-the-shelf applications on the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using script-based Assignment and Approval rules.
• Configure ITSM service catalogs and implement necessary features.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in planning and review for active projects, reporting status to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience developing on ServiceNow.
• Expertise in at least two ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, or SecOps).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Scripts.
• Ability to integrate ServiceNow using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with XML data structures.
• Experience with JavaScript/GLIDE.
• Any Graduate degree.
