Description

You will build and implement features on the ServiceNow platform within a Scrum-based Agile environment. Responsibilities translate requirements, stories, and mock-ups into fully functional features. Configure application UI and workflows across the full stack. Develop integration components including SSO and LDAP with multiple HR systems. Participate in Scrum meetings and assist with user acceptance testing. Contribute to the continual improvement of Service Management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, Angular.js, XML, and Web Services.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Background in technical consulting roles.

Preferred Skills

• 7+ years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow Accreditations in all product lines.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM).
