Description

You will build, configure, and integrate ServiceNow platform features within an Agile Scrum environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements, user stories, and mock-ups into fully functional ServiceNow features.
• Configure application UI and workflows across the full stack.
• Develop integration components including SSO and LDAP with multiple HR systems.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and assist with user acceptance testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, Angular.js, XML, and Web Services.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Background in technical consulting roles.

Preferred Skills

• 7+ years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow Accreditations in all product lines.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM).
