Description

You will build and maintain ServiceNow modules and cloud-native applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance ServiceNow HRSD modules including Case Management, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Service Center.
• Maintain core ITSM functionalities such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Optimize ITOM capabilities including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, and Service Portal.
• Develop scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.js.

Required Skills

• 8–12 years of overall development experience.
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow HRSD, ITSM, and ITOM modules.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, including Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Strong full-stack engineering background with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Microservices architecture and React.js.
• Ability to build cloud-native applications using AWS or Azure.
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integration development.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a related technical field.
