Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements to ensure clarity.
• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Create process maps and workflow diagrams for current and future state visualization.
• Develop solution options based on feasibility and business impact.
• Produce use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
