Description

You will manage and optimize ServiceNow processes to support enterprise-level business operations. You will own the full service lifecycle, from gathering requirements to sunset, while driving platform adoption and managing subscriptions.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from business units and apply ServiceNow methodology to develop and document best practices.
• Manage the service portfolio by identifying, documenting, and tracking the full service lifecycle.
• Develop and administer the CMDB while identifying potential improvements in business processes.
• Drive platform adoption and manage subscriptions, capacity planning, and service level objectives.
• Write knowledge articles and perform peer reviews of operational services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business System Administrator supporting an enterprise environment of over 10,000 staff.
• Subject Matter Expertise in ServiceNow business processes, reporting, and dashboards.
• Experience with CMDB development and administration.
• Strong technical writing skills for knowledgebase development.
• Project Management experience.
• Experience working in a Government environment with an understanding of administrative processes.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
• Bachelor’s Degree (completion of 30 semester units) in Computer Information Systems, Business/Public Administration, or a related field.
