Description

You will own the end-to-end configuration, implementation, and administration of the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close scrum tasks for ServiceNow configuration and implementation.
• Develop, maintain, and execute reports to ensure system performance targets are met.
• Manage customer relationships as the single point of contact for runtime issues and escalations.
• Create system design documentation and maintain comprehensive testing protocols for instance upgrades.
• Translate business requirements into sustainable ServiceNow solutions and user stories.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in service management, service delivery, IT Project Management, or related fields.
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in ServiceNow consulting, implementation, and administration.
• Proven track record of successful ServiceNow deployments in a lead capacity.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel functions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal and external partners.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL V3 or V4 Foundations certification.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, NIST, PCI, GDPR, and other data privacy regulations.
