Description

You will lead integration initiatives between ServiceNow and third-party systems, defining requirements and overseeing design.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to define integration requirements and current processes.
• Translate business needs into detailed design documents, technical specifications, and Interface Control Documents.
• Collaborate with developers to build REST/SOAP API integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Define data mappings, transformation logic, and error handling frameworks.
• Create test plans and support UAT and integration testing cycles.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in functional consulting.
• Strong functional understanding of ServiceNow and IntegrationHub capabilities.
• Proven experience designing integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, ITSM, and CMDB.
• Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRDs, and Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
• Experience with Contract Systems, Procurement tools, and Asset Inventory platforms.
• Familiarity with CMDB data modeling and lifecycle workflows.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Jira or Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CIS (ITSM, IntegrationHub).
• Experience in regulated environments like healthcare.
• Knowledge of security and data governance in integration projects.
