Description

You will serve as a ServiceNow Functional Consultant, analyzing customer business problems and recommending technical solutions. You will collaborate with the pre-sales team to deliver documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide expert advice on ServiceNow processes and service delivery mechanisms.
• Create and deliver documentation for all stages of the project lifecycle alongside the pre-sales team.
• Apply technical analysis to address specific business challenges.
• Manage program teams and oversee implementation activities for enterprise software solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in service management, service delivery, or related fields such as IT Project Management, Human Resources, Security Operations, or Customer Service Management.
• ServiceNow Pre-Sales experience.
• ServiceNow Accreditations in IT Service Management and at least two (2) other product lines.
• Proven experience in technical consulting and enterprise consulting roles.
• Experience with implementation of common enterprise software solutions.
• Ability to manage program teams and fill positions of increasing responsibility.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL V3/4 Foundations certification.
• Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology.
