Description

Analyze business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions while managing enterprise implementation activities.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer business problems and recommend technical ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide expert advice on ServiceNow processes and service delivery mechanisms.
• Create and deliver documentation for all project lifecycle stages alongside the pre-sales team.
• Apply technical analysis to address specific business challenges.
• Manage program teams and oversee implementation activities for enterprise software solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in service management, service delivery, IT Project Management, Human Resources, Security Operations, or Customer Service Management.
• ServiceNow Pre-Sales experience.
• ServiceNow Accreditations in IT Service Management and at least two other product lines.
• Proven experience in technical and enterprise consulting roles.
• Experience with implementation of common enterprise software solutions.
• Ability to manage program teams and fill positions of increasing responsibility.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL V3/4 Foundations certification.
• Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology.
