Description

Provide IT service cataloging and functional design consulting using ServiceNow to improve productivity and service quality.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end IT service cataloging and redesigning, including workflows, integrations, and fulfillment processes.
• Design services, request forms, approval workflows, and automation constructs.
• Create user stories, wireframes, and functional designs while working with developers in an Agile environment.
• Build test scripts, perform functional testing, and develop training materials.
• Identify and drive the implementation of automation opportunities.

Required Skills

• 6–9 years of IT experience, with 5–7 years in ITIL process functional consulting or 6–8 years as an ITIL Process owner/manager.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or HPSM.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and Service Portfolio, Catalog, and Request Management.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Visio.
• Experience in performance data analysis of ITIL processes.
• Ability to translate technical information into non-technical language for business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage projects, organize resources, and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certification.
• Product Owner or Project Management training.
• MBA in IT/Operations or ISO 20000 Auditor certification.
