You will lead end-to-end IT service cataloging and redesign efforts using ServiceNow.
Responsibilities
- Analyze as-is service offerings, workflows, integrations, and fulfillment processes.
- Design services, consumables, request forms, workflows, and approval structures.
- Create user stories, wireframes, and functional designs for automation and integration.
- Develop test scripts, conduct functional testing, and lead pilot training.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow developers in an Agile environment to implement redesigned services.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in functional implementation on ServiceNow.
- Experience with Service Portfolio Management, Service Catalog Management, and Service Request Management.
- Proficiency in designing service workflows, approvals, and fulfillment constructs.
- Ability to map integrations, process workflows, and service offerings.
- Experience creating user stories and functional design documentation.
- Competency in configuring KPIs and reporting.
- Background in service re-engineering and automation design.
- Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
