Description

You will configure and enhance ServiceNow modules to meet operational needs.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance ServiceNow modules, specifically ITRM and Employee Center.
• Maintain and develop workflows, REST/SOAP API integrations, and platform scripts.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into platform solutions.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform upgrades, and ensure platform stability.
• Document solutions and conduct knowledge transfers.

Required Skills

• 6–7 years of direct ServiceNow platform experience.
• 10+ years of overall experience in IT.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA).
• Hands-on experience with IT Risk Management (ITRM) and Employee Center modules.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integration practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow Platform and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.

Preferred Skills

• Additional ServiceNow certifications (CIS, CAD, ITSM).
• Experience in large enterprise or federal environments.
