Description

Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and integrations to support AI-assisted service experiences.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement AI and GenAI features within ServiceNow use cases, focusing on knowledge and response automation for ITSM processes.
• Design solution components that ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability across ServiceNow environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs and deliver production-ready enhancements.
• Support testing, deployment, and operational readiness of ServiceNow changes, including troubleshooting and continuous improvements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development and customization.
• Proven experience implementing AI or Artificial Intelligence within enterprise platforms.
• Deep understanding of scalability and performance considerations for ServiceNow workflows and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of testing and deployment practices for ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience with ITSM processes and AI-driven automation.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated experience with Artificial Intelligence technologies beyond basic implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
