Description

You will design and implement ServiceNow applications focused on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to meet business process requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design solutions using ServiceNow GRC.
• Define application requirements to align with specific business processes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for application design, development, and testing.
• Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
• Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Any Graduate degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in ServiceNow Tools Administration.
