Description

You will design and implement ServiceNow GRC applications to meet business process requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design ServiceNow GRC solutions.
• Define application requirements aligned with specific business processes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for design, development, and testing.
• Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
• Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Any Graduate degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in ServiceNow Tools Administration.
