Description

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, design, development, and implementation, with deep expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) / Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
• Extensive experience implementing and architecting ServiceNow IRM modules, including Policy & Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management (VRM).
• Proven ability to design scalable, enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions aligned with telecom and large-scale business environments.
• Strong expertise in risk lifecycle management, control design and testing, compliance assessments, issue remediation, audit management, and continuous monitoring.
• Experience mapping risks, controls, policies, and compliance requirements to CMDB entities and CSDM-aligned service relationships.
• Skilled in integrating ServiceNow IRM/GRC with ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, CMDB, monitoring tools, identity management systems, and other enterprise platforms.
• Experienced in designing automated workflows for risk assessments, policy attestations, compliance activities, audits, and remediation processes.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, governance, security, upgrade-safe design practices, and data governance standards.
• Expertise in Performance Analytics, dashboards, KPI reporting, risk heatmaps, and executive-level reporting.
• Experience in ITSM, ITOM, GRC, Telecom Service Management, Order Management, and enterprise integrations.
• Ability to define architecture standards, roadmaps, and design guidelines while aligning business requirements with out-of-the-box ServiceNow capabilities and minimizing customization.
• Strong leadership skills with experience partnering with business and technology teams, mentoring developers, guiding project teams, and supporting Agile delivery.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills with a focus on scalability, security, and compliance
