Description

Act as a Business Analyst focused on the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules.

You will own the requirements gathering, solution design, and functional testing for risk management programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions for risk management programs.
• Translate business needs into system requirement specifications, including use cases, user stories, process models, diagrams, and test scripts.
• Work closely with developers to ensure all requirements are documented, understood, and tested.
• Consult with stakeholders to provide options regarding governance, process, or technical problems, including pros, cons, and risks.
• Perform functional testing of user features to ensure implementation quality.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 5+ years of experience working on ServiceNow projects.
• 3+ years of experience working in an Agile environment.
• Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules.
• Practical knowledge of ITSM, ITIL V3/V4, and Risk/Compliance processes.
• Experience using Scrum or SAFe methodologies to manage workflows.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, ServiceNow Agile, or Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Other ServiceNow micro-certifications.
