Description

You will own the end-to-end analysis and implementation of ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules, translating business needs into system specifications.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and user requirements, producing use cases, stories, process models, and test scripts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and developers to ensure requirements are clearly understood, documented, and tested.
• Provide thought leadership to stakeholders, offering options with pros, cons, and risks to solve governance and process problems.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into system requirement specifications that support ITSM and ITIL V3/V4 compliance.
• Perform user functionality testing and manage project workflow using Scrum/SAFe methodologies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of working experience as a Business Analyst.
• 5+ years of experience specifically in ServiceNow projects.
• 3+ years of experience in an Agile environment.
• Proven experience implementing ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITIL V3/V4, and Risk/Compliance processes.
• Proficiency with Agile tools: JIRA, ServiceNow Agile, or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally across teams.
