Description

You will own the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement ServiceNow GRC modules: IRM, TPRM, and SecOps.
• Build workflows, forms, and UI customizations aligned with defined business processes.
• Integrate ServiceNow GRC with other ServiceNow modules and necessary third-party systems.
• Implement risk assessment, incident management, and vendor risk workflows across IRM and TPRM.
• Develop dashboards and automated reports to provide visibility into risk and security posture.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC, specifically IRM, TPRM, and SecOps.
• Expertise in ServiceNow development using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external tools via REST/SOAP APIs, SIEM, and ITSM modules.
• Understanding of ITIL, Risk Management frameworks, and Security Operations principles.
• Proven ability to build dashboards, reports, and automate complex workflows.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
