Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions aligned to Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management (VRM), and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
• Configure and customize ServiceNow GRC modules, including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, VRM, and TPRM.
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Flow Designer workflows to automate GRC processes.
• Build integrations with external applications using REST APIs and SOAP APIs, and ensure reliable data exchange.
• Create dashboards, reports, risk indicators, and compliance scorecards; support platform upgrades, deployments, troubleshooting, and code reviews.

Skills Required:

• 3-5 years of ServiceNow GRC/IRM development experience.
• ServiceNow development experience with GRC/IRM implementations.
• Hands-on configuration of Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management, and Third-Party Risk Management.
• Experience building GRC workflows and automation using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
• Experience integrating external systems using REST APIs and/or SOAP APIs and delivering reporting such as dashboards, risk indicators, and compliance scorecards.

Good to Have:

• Business Continuity Management (BCM) configuration in ServiceNow.
• Agile and Scrum delivery experience.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
