Description

You design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions covering Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management (VRM), and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM). You configure GRC modules and automate processes using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Flow Designer. You build integrations with external applications via REST and SOAP APIs and create dashboards, reports, risk indicators, and compliance scorecards.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions aligned with risk, audit, and compliance frameworks.
• Configure and customize Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, VRM, and TPRM modules.
• Develop automation using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
• Build integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs to ensure reliable data exchange.
• Create dashboards, reports, risk indicators, and compliance scorecards while supporting platform upgrades and code reviews.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of ServiceNow GRC/IRM development experience.
• Hands-on configuration of Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, VRM, and TPRM.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs.
• Experience with Flow Designer for workflow automation.
• Integration experience using REST APIs and/or SOAP APIs.
• Ability to build dashboards, risk indicators, and compliance scorecards.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (Any Graduate accepted).

Preferred Skills

• Business Continuity Management (BCM) configuration in ServiceNow.
• Experience with SAP PI.
