Description

You will develop and maintain Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript and Flow Designer.
• Implement integrations between ServiceNow and external risk tools like Splunk or Archer.
• Configure and extend ITSM modules to support holistic GRC processes.
• Apply GRC best practices and IT risk framework knowledge to platform builds.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with focus on GRC/IRM modules.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript) and Flow Designer.
• Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Strong knowledge of GRC best practices and IT risk frameworks.
• Experience implementing ITSM modules for GRC support.
• Familiarity integrating ServiceNow with tools like Splunk or Archer.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
