Description

You will develop, configure, and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules, including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Vendor Risk, and Audit Management.
• Develop customizations such as workflows, scripts, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies, and ACLs.
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, data imports, and automation tools.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Maintain existing GRC/IRM configurations and ensure compatibility during platform upgrades.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of development experience, with at least 2 years focused on ServiceNow GRC/IRM.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Development, Flow Designer, and platform configuration.
• Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance frameworks.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and data management.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• ServiceNow CSA certification is required.
