Description

You will develop, maintain, and optimize the ServiceNow GRC module, owning the full lifecycle from design to delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code for ServiceNow GRC implementations.
• Troubleshoot and debug systems to optimize performance and stability.
• Gather and evaluate user feedback to drive product improvements and feature enhancements.
• Provide detailed code documentation and technical inputs for architectural reviews.
• Investigate new technologies and alternatives to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) modules.
• Strong analytical skills with experience handling numerical data.
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software engineering roles with a focus on code quality.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing technical inputs for architectural reviews.
• Track record of investigating and integrating new technologies.
