Description

You will engineer and maintain ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions, focusing on Integrated Risk Management (IRM).

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, UI policies, ACLs, and CMDB integrations.
• Script and implement features using JavaScript, Java, and Jelly scripting within the ServiceNow platform.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems utilizing RESTful APIs and XML data formats.
• Analyze and present complex technical solutions to diverse audiences, from development teams to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, and Jelly scripting.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and XML data formats.
• Experience with ServiceNow configurations, UI policies, ACLs, and CMDB.
• Experience with Agile Frameworks (5+ years).
• Understanding of GRC/IRM industry trends.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of GCP.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator credentials.
