Description

You will lead ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) implementations, focusing on configuration, development, and integration.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, UI policies, and ACLs.
• Implement integrations using RESTful APIs and manage Configuration Management Databases (CMDB).
• Develop technical solutions and present complex concepts to both technical teams and senior leadership.
• Apply knowledge of GRC/IRM industry trends to drive effective risk management strategies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, and XML.
• Experience with RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in Jelly Scripting and AngularJS.
• Experience configuring ServiceNow workflows and custom scripting.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Background in a financial client environment.
