Description

You will consult on and implement ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management solutions, configuring environments, workflows, and integrations to support governance, risk, and compliance objectives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure ServiceNow environments, implementing workflows, UI policies, and Access Control Lists (ACLs).
• Develop integrations using APIs and manage Configuration Management Database (CMDB) interactions.
• Script custom solutions using JavaScript and Jelly Scripting to extend platform capabilities.
• Translate complex technical architectures and risk data into actionable insights for technical teams and senior leadership.
• Stay current with GRC/IRM industry trends to advise on best practices.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions.
• 8+ years of overall software development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, and Jelly Scripting.
• Experience building RESTful API integrations and handling XML data structures.
• Familiarity with Angular JS for UI development within ServiceNow.
• Proven ability to configure ServiceNow workflows and implement security ACLs.
• BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
