Description

You will manage Test Data Management (TDM) frameworks for ServiceNow GRC implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end testing strategies for GRC modules (Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk).
• Gather and analyze testing and compliance requirements from business and functional teams.
• Create test scenarios, test plans, test datasets, and validation workflows.
• Support UAT, Regression, and Integration testing cycles, documenting all test outputs and defects.
• Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities within test environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including 3+ years focused on GRC modules.
• Hands-on experience in Test Data Management within ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong understanding of GRC frameworks, compliance controls, and risk management methodologies.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Workflows, Data Structures, and integration points.
• Experience creating test plans, test scripts, and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with Agile and ITIL practices.
• Proficiency in Tdm and ServiceNow.
