Description

You will serve as the technical lead for designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-level Hardware Asset Management (HAM) solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow HAM solutions.
• Architect integrations between ServiceNow HAM, CMDB, and enterprise systems to ensure data integrity.
• Translate business requirements from IT, Finance, and Procurement into detailed technical specifications.
• Automate hardware asset lifecycle processes including procurement, deployment, and disposal.
• Conduct technical design reviews and mentor developers to ensure maintainable, scalable solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow HAM solutions.
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow CMDB data model and its integration with asset management.
• Expertise in ServiceNow HAM Pro module.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Graph Connectors.
• Proficiency with REST and SOAP integration methods.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Strong knowledge of the hardware asset lifecycle and governance frameworks.
• Ability to present technical roadmaps to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
